Allan Blank
Allan was called to the Bar in 2002, in which he developed a broad practice covering equity, commercial, estate litigation including family provision claims and appellate advocacy. He regularly appears in all aspects of Family Law including parenting and property matters. Allan further appears as an Independent Children’s Lawyer and has qualifications in Alternative Dispute Resolution being an accredited mediator and FDRP.
Allan was admitted as a solicitor in NSW in 1999, having previously been admitted in South Africa as an attorney in 1992 and was admitted as an advocate in 1994.
Allan has gained qualifications throughout his career including graduating from the University of Witwatersrand (South Africa) BA (1988), the University of Witwatersrand (South Africa) LLB (1990), as well as becoming an Accredited Mediator.
