Colin was called up to the Bar in 2010. He was admitted as an Australian Lawyer in 1989.

He has gained extensive experience in common law, insurance and construction appearing in the Supreme Court of NSW and Federal Court, the District Court of NSW, Local Court of NSW and NSW Civil & Administrative Tribunal (NCAT) as well as appearing in the Supreme Court of the Northern Territory, the Supreme and County Courts of Victoria and the District Court of South Australia.
