Lisa was called to the Bar in 2009, and had worked as a solicitor from 2004, practising in a number of areas. She now works as a Barrister, practicing mostly in Family Law, appearing at Sydney or Parramatta, and as a Family Dispute Resolution Practitioner.

She works out of both Coram Chambers, Sydney, and Lachlan Macquarie Chambers, Parramatta. Lisa is passionate about finding new ways forward for families experiencing high conflict, abuse and family violence, and aims always to keep families out of Court, where it is safe to do so.

Lisa strongly believes that shuttle mediation especially can be a protective process for victims and families when done sensitively, promoting the dignity of all participants and their children.
