Vail was called to the Bar in 2023. After her admission as an Australian Lawyer in 2018, she gained experience in all aspects of family law, succession, property law, and civil litigation.

She worked as an associate to a judge in the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia at Sydney.

Vail is available to accept briefs to appear in Sydney, regional areas of New South Wales and interstate.
